My practice is built on the foundation of a meaningful, collaborative relationship, which is of genuine substance and connection. I offer a calm and attentive space where we can explore your life with both openness and care. My goal is to help you gain the self-awareness needed to understand the patterns that impact your experience, providing the support necessary to move toward more intentional and authentic choices.
I work in an integrative way that is carefully shaped to meet your specific needs. This involves drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential traditions to look at how your history, your search for meaning, and your internal patterns influence your current self-image and relationships. If it feels appropriate for our work, I also incorporate practical cognitive tools to help manage day-to-day challenges.
Having worked across both the NHS and private practice, I support adult individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction, neurodivergence, and identity or gender questions. My work includes helping clients explore how their lived experiences intersect with their broader identity. I am deeply mindful of the role that culture and heritage play in our lives, and I aim to provide a respectful, inclusive environment where you can feel truly heard. Ultimately, I am here to support you in gaining the insight and clarity needed to lead a more fulfilling and integrated life.
