Premila Soobul

UKCP Registered & BACP Accredited Psychotherapist

Premila is a BACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with a particular interest in psychodynamic and existential theories. She works relationally, exploring experiences of the past and of childhood and how these might impact on present relationships. She works collaboratively to help you consider how different you would like your existence in the world to be at the moment, and what changes can be brought about to achieve your goals.

It can, at times, feel difficult to find a solution, particularly when in isolation or when patterns of behaviour disable us from moving forward, and we can get stuck, feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. Premila works with relationship problems, mental health difficulties, problems with anger, abuse (current/historic), trauma, difficulty coming to terms with significant events, issues with work, bereavement, identity issues and so forth. She has experience working with a range of both public and private organisations including the NHS.
