Contact

Confidential

All enquiries are treated confidentially. We appreciate that contacting a therapist can be a nerve-wracking experience, and we would suggest you contact us for a brief chat by phone to ask any questions you may have before booking an initial appointment.

An initial appointment is an opportunity to meet and to discuss the difficulties that you are experiencing, to chat about our approach to working with them, and to explore whether we are comfortable working together. If we decide to begin therapy, we will arrange a regular appointment time. Therapy sessions can be once or twice weekly, and may be short-term or open-ended, dependent on your needs.

The use of media such as phone, Zoom, FaceTime or Skype makes therapy more easily accessible for individuals with changeable work schedules or those who travel frequently; this ensures regular contact and support, and keeps the therapy consistent when face-to-face sessions are not possible.
